Chat and messaging system for Hospitality
This mobile messaging application is intended for authorized personnel to create service requests (housekeeping, maintenance ...) and fire alarms in hotels and resorts.
New requests and alarms are dispatched to predefined lists of people: hotel manager, HK manager, security manager, technician ... with real-time notifications.
The user receiving one of them can view, accept, close or assign it to staff member (GM, Housekeeping, Technician ... who will also receive a notification in real time).
If no one has accepted or closed this alarm (or request) within a predefined period, it will automatically be moved to the next level of managers.
Requests and Alarms are displayed in real time with their status: new, assigned, accepted or closed.
A real-time chat is attached to each of them and provides all comments and events
(creation / assignment / acceptance / escalation, closing date and name of the person).
